Skills

Through my work at IP1 magazine I have learnt to work in a pressured situation with others and also valuable skills in dealing with others working on the project and clients. I am equally capable working in a large team as I am in a small one or alone. I have a professional attitude and my experience in a customer focused retail environment has given me the ability to deliver good service to all.

Technically I have a solid skill base in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Flash & Dreamweaver. I am currently expanding this into QuarkXPress. In addition I also have skills in video editing with Final Cut Pro. I am also comfortable working with CSS and HTML and I am always looking to expand my understanding of new technologies and standards. Although I personally work on a Macintosh I am comfortable in a Windows environment.

Other interests

Outside of my work I enjoy cinema and music. I regularly attend live shows and have been active in trying to help promote local shows and the local music scene. I also enjoy watching all types of sport and have recently renewed my interest in rock climbing.
